It’s a powerful suite of digital services built for the way you want to bank.

Important - Action Required
Confirm Contact Information - Personal Account Holders
To ensure a smooth first-time login on the new system, it is important that we have your current phone number and email address on file. Please log in to your Online Banking account to review and update this information as soon as possible.
Username and Password Required
You will be required to log in with your username and password for the first time on the new system. This applies to Online, Business Online, and Mobile Banking.
Mobile Banking Users - If you currently use biometrics to log in, you will need to re-establish this feature within the new app. Your username and password are required for first-time login.
Please be sure you know your login credentials before June 8, 2026.
- If you are unsure of your username, please contact us for assistance.
- If you are unsure of your password, you can easily reset it by selecting "Forgot Password" from the Online, Business Online, or Mobile Banking login screen and following the on-screen prompts.
Personal Online Banking Updates
General Account Information
Most of your account details will be available and ready to use within the new system, including transaction history, scheduled payments, internal transfers, alerts, and eStatement settings.
Non-Transferable Services
The following settings will not transfer to the new system:
- Card Controls via "Cards" in Mobile Banking
- External Transfers
- Personal Finance Manager
Please make note of or save your current settings and any related history for these services before June 8, 2026. You will need to set these services up or register for them again once the new system is live.
Bill Pay Users
Scheduled payments will transfer to the new system. Your payment history will not. Please be sure to save a copy of this prior to June 8, 2026.
Payee addresses in Bill Pay need to be complete and accurate for payee information to transfer to the new system. Please review and make corrections by June 8, 2026.
We also recommend making note of your current payees and account numbers to ensure you can confirm all information transferred correctly once the new system is live.
First-Time Login
No changes to your personal login credentials are expected. You will log in for the first time using your current username and password, whether online or via our mobile app.
Enhanced Security
After entering your login credentials, you will be prompted to receive a text or phone call with a one-time passcode to verify your identity. Simply enter this passcode into the system and submit to securely log in.
Business Online Banking Updates
General Account Information
Most of your account details will be available and ready to use within the new system, including transaction history, Bill Pay payee information, scheduled payments, recurring and scheduled internal transfers, ACH Templates, as well as your settings for eStatements, Merchant Deposits, Positive Pay, and Wire Transfers.
Internal Transfer Templates
Internal Transfer templates will not transfer to the new system. Be sure to download this information before June 8, 2026, as they will need to be reestablished in the new system.
ACH Users
ACH history will not transfer to the new system. Be sure to download this information before June 8, 2026. We recommend account holders create templates for each unique ACH file, if they have not already done so, before June 8, 2026, as the "Copy" feature is not supported within the new system.
First-Time Login & Token Enablement
Once the new system is live, you will log in for the first time using your current username and password. After entering your credentials, you will need to complete the Token Enablement process.
INTRODUCING: An Enhanced Payment and Invoicing Solution
We are excited to introduce a more convenient, all-in-one solution to manage your business payments. You can add vendors, pay bills, and set approval limits to gain better control over your cash flow. Need to send invoices? Upgrade your subscription and manage your business billing all from one place.
This new service will replace our current Business Bill Pay system and will be available when the new system goes live on June 11, 2026. No action is required on your part. All of your account information will transfer to the new payment solution, including payees, payment history, scheduled and recurring payments, as well as eBills.

NEW Combined Mobile Banking App
As part of the upgrade, we will also launch a new Mobile Banking app that allows both personal and business account holders to access their accounts in one easy-to-use app. The new app will be available when the new system goes live on 6/11/2026.
To download the new app, search for Buckeye State Bank in your device's app store. Once the new system is live, our current apps will no longer be available and can be deleted.
Important Notes:
- If you currently use biometrics to log in, you will need to reestablish this feature within the new app. Your username and password are required for first-time login.
- If you have push alerts set up currently, please be sure to make note of these. Push alerts will not transfer to the new system.

Will this affect my account details?
Most of your account information will remain intact and ready for use. This includes your transaction history, bill pay payees, scheduled payments, internal transfers, and eStatement preferences.
Please note: Alerts, card controls, external transfers, and personal finance manager data will not carry over to the new system. Be sure to record or save this information before June 8th, 2026. These features will need to be reconfigured once the upgrade is complete.
Will this upgrade affect the Mobile Banking app?
Yes. As part of this upgrade, we're introducing a new Mobile Banking app, which will be available for download soon.
How do I access the new Mobile Banking app?
You have two options:
1. Through the Current Mobile Banking App
Open your existing app and follow the prompt to download the new version. After installation, log in using your current User ID and Password.
Or
2. Direct Download
Search for "Buckeye State Bank" in your device's app store, download the new app, and log in with your existing credentials.
Once the new app has been downloaded, you should delete the old app.
Will this affect the login process?
No. After the new system launches, you'll continue to sign in with your current User ID and Password. During the first login, you'll be prompted to verify your identity by choosing either a text message or phone call to receive a one-time passcode. Enter the passcode and submit to complete a secure login.
What if I use biometrics to log in?
If you normally log in using biometrics, make sure you know your User ID and Password before the upgrade. You'll need to enter these credentials the first time you access the new system. Once you've logged in successfully, you can re-enable biometric authentication for future logins.
What if I don't know my Username or Password?
If you're unsure of your User ID, please call us at 1-844-225-9265 for assistance. If you've forgotten your Password, you can reset it by selecting "Forgot Password" on the online Banking login page and following the instructions provided.
What action items should I consider post-upgrade?
You'll need to set up any alerts, card controls, external transfers, and Personal Finance Manager settings again, as these will not carry over to the new system. To use Personal Finance Manager, you'll need to re-register before adding your new preferences.
Please note: Internal transfers will appear in the new system, but if you want to make changes, you'll need to create a new transfer and delete the old one.

How do I enroll for Bill Pay?
Log in to Online or Mobile Banking, select "Bill Pay", and complete the enrollment form. Once processed (usually within 3 business days), you're ready to start paying bills online. Please note: You must be enrolled in Online Banking before signing up for Bill Pay.
What is the benefit of using Mobile Banking?
Mobile Banking makes managing your accounts simple and secure—anytime, anywhere. You'll need your User ID and Password for your first login after the upgrade. Once logged in, you can enable biometric authentication for future access.
What options are available for accessing Mobile Banking?
Mobile Banking can be accessed as follows via any mobile device.
- Mobile Banking App: Download and install the app, then log in using your Online Banking credentials.
- Mobile Browers: Visit www.JoinBSB.com on your mobile device and log in with the same username and password.
How does Mobile Deposit work?
Using your Mobile app, select "Deposits" from the menu, enter the check amount, endorse the check, and take photos of the front and back. Submit, and you're done! That's it!
